Build a Pilot Zone for High-quality Development of Plateau Economy

Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee stressed that to advance high-quality development of the Xizang Autonomous Region, development in all sectors should serve ethnic unity and progress, should oppose division and safeguard unity, and should help improve people's livelihood and build consensus, thus increasing the sense of fulfillment, happiness, and security of all ethnic groups. The CPC Xizang Autonomous Regional Committee adheres to fully and faithfully implementing the new development philosophy on all fronts, concentrates on imbalances and inadequacies in development, optimizes the development pattern, cultivates endogenous driving power, and coordinates development and security, thus embarking on a high-quality development path in line with Xizang's reality.
