Establish a National Demonstration Area for the Action of Achieving Affluence by Ensuring Stability in the Border Regions

Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), stressed that border areas serve as the first line of defense for national security and the frontline to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity. The CPC Xizang Autonomous Regional Committee has fully implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the strategy of ensuring stability in Xizang to govern the border areas effectively. The committee has vigorously advanced efforts to guard border areas, ensure local stability, raise local living standards, and enhance economic development, aiming to establish a national demonstration area for these initiatives. New progress has been achieved in fortifying border defense and enhancing border security.
